The man who would come assume the alias of Supervacman is a resident of Champion City. At some point in his life, he decided to become a superhero and, acquiring a costume consisting of a green cape and a pair of goggles and using a Vacuum Cleaner as a weapon, attempted to make a name for himself fighting crime. He attends the superhero tryouts held by the Mystery Men, but doesn't make the cut.
