The Shrinker is a non lethal weapon invented by Dr. Heller. It's a high temperature fabric adhesive liquid projector based on simple dry cleaning technology. If it's aimed at clothes, it causes them to constrict until their wearer is unable to move. It comes with an instruction manual, a wadcutter, a leather carrying case, a full warranty and an optional clamshell holster. It was used by The Sphinx to incapacitate the Furriers gang. It ran out of ammo and was discarded by The Sphinx. It was destroyed when Casanova Frankenstein's mansion was destroyed by the Psycho-frakulator.
