The man who would come to assume the alias of Radio Man is a resident of Champion City. At some point in his life, he decided to create a technological suit capable of picking up radio waves and began his career as a crime fighter. He attends the superhero tryouts being held by the Mystery Men. He is seen enjoying the pool. In the end, he doesn't make the team.
